Well, I built a new component endpoint over spring-rabbit that uses org.springframework.amqp.rabbit.connection.CachingConnectionFactory and org.springframework.amqp.rabbit.transaction.RabbitTransactionManager.
It works pretty well (in my basic tests). Perhaps spring-rabbit may be used in a future version of camel-rabbitmq.
