Ok, I found it. Problem is related to BacklogTracer.addDefinition() method. It saves ProcessDefinitons associated to route. But it saves it whether tracer is enabled, disabled or (!) shutdown. In my workaround I'm shutting down and re-creating defaultBacklogTracer after end of last route. That do the trick.
