Willem is right.
You will have to first transform your xml. You can use xslt to do
this. Essentially it should look like this:
<Routes>
<Route>
<Address.../>
</Route>
<Route>
<Person... />
</Route>
</Routes>
Then you can split it on /Routes/Route xpath
eg:
from("file:location").to("xslt:path/to/mytransform.xslt").split(xpath("/Routes/Route"))....continue
route...
