Summarizing the discussion:
1. Camel provides an integration with message producer/consumer
Application(JMS Client) and the JMS Broker ActiveMQ.
2. Camel acts as a bridge between the two, while providing Integration
services defined in EIP and hiding the complexity of writing a JMS Client
from scratch
3. Camel is capable of reading from and writing into JMS Queue, but by
itself it does not provide with a JMS queue of its own, this is where we
need ActiveMQ
4. Apart from JMS,Camel can handle other type of messages as well - FTP,
XMPP Chat, text messages and files via FTP.
