The issue is that diagrams are part of a documentation. We can certainly reinvent the wheel and try to publish the image in the maven site hosting javadocs then push an html referring to it, however it will be cleaner to build a doclet which will be called from maven to publish the image as part of the javadocs for the RouteBuilder class. Not a must have at all, just a really nice to have. The lack of it won't stop me from using Camel at all.
