converting form JAVA DSL to Spring DSL

I have following JAVA DSL:

from("timer://myTimer?period=2000")
.setBody().simple("Current time is ${header.firedTime}")
.to("stream:out");

how can I converted the first and third lines to Spring DSL:

        <from uri="timer://myTimer?fixedRate=true&amp;period=2000" />

        <to uri="stream:out"/>

How can I convert .setBody().simple("Current time is ${header.firedTime}")
to Spring DSL.
