Hi, I'm happy to see you find a workaround :) It looks like a bug of the DataSource? Can you try to use a new version of ServiceMix? 4.2.0 was released about years ago.

Hi there, Sorry to send you this directly but I keep getting errors when sending to the mailing list. Could you maybe FW it for me? Seems google thinks I'm spaming. What is wrong with e-mail lately ? Did some more testing and I found out a few more things: - ServiceMix 4.2.0 (camel 2.2.0) throws an exception with my initial code: java.io.IOException: Stream closed - Using org.apache.servicemix.util. jaf.ByteArrayDataSource also works fine. seems something happens to the stream and that's where the problem originated. thanks, Sorin. Is there any special setting on your mail server which should also cause this kind of issue ? Willem
