Hi Willem,

I did some more digging and found out a few things. I tired my application
with my email account from my ISP who uses username%hostname when used with
an email client. However, I couldn't get that a % to work with Camel. So
I finally tried usern...@hostname and that worked with my ISP.
Unfortunately, I tired the username@<my server> with my local Email server
and I didn't work. So I think camel 2.2.0 is fine, but may be Devecot
expects the username in some format that I am not providing correctly. Just
as my ISP access username%hostname from an email client but
usern...@hostname from Camel.

I have successfully logged into may email server using just username using
telnet, just not with Camel.

I am beginning to suspect that all my problems might have something to with
Dovecot and not with what I am doing in code.

Regards,

.v
