This wiki page http://camel.apache.org/camel-jmx.html Tells you how to setup and have JMX enabled for Camel. And how to have 3rd party components expose JMX attributes/options etc. Its not a complete overview of each and every attribute / operation. If you dont understand what the attribute mean then check the source code.
