I'm assuming cde.foobar.com is an internal URL for you? :) Your Nexus instance may have a corrupt cache of that pom or something... you may want to go into the Nexus UI and clear out its cache for org/apache/camel/camel-spring-integration<https://cde.foobar.com/nexus/content/groups/public/org/apache/camel/camel-spring-integration/2.1-SNAPSHOT/camel-spring-integration-2.1-SNAPSHOT.pom>and see if that works.
