There's lots of good resources on the Internet about how to acquire a Java
heap dump. However, I would personally recommend using the Java system
property that I mentioned previously
(i.e. -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError). This tells the JVM to automatically
create a heap dump when an OutOfMemoryError is thrown. As before, the
Internet has a lot of good information about this option.

Once you acquire a heap dump you'll need to upload it somewhere so that we
can fetch it for analysis.
