This issue was reported before console version 1.2.1 made it into activemq
artemis, so i'm not sure why it wasn't taken into consideration.

I can reproduce this issue on Apache ActiveMQ Artemis 2.42.0. This issue
for this bug is ARTEMIS-5569 [1].
