Hi Clebert,
We upgraded to Artemis 2.34.0 and retried the use case of large header.

0. No change in existing min-large-message size setting for broker or cluster
configuration.
1. Send a message with large header (more than 100 KB) to node A using
AMQP/OpenWire. Write is successful.
2. Try to consume the message from node B. Message gets stuck in cluster queue
and not moved to node B.

If the fix (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-4694) was expected to
work in this case?

Best Regards
Shiv

It was this issue / commit:

https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis/commit/04f6424928a3d9cbc26f6b26f7c2e9b7f7bf7869

And BTW: Headers are not supposed to be large. Move the data to the body of the
message.

Headers are meant to be really small and only provide enough information for
filtering.
