The ActiveMQ users mailing list (i.e. this list) doesn't allow attachments so your image didn't make it through.
If you're looking at the ActiveMQ Artemis web console the "Message ID" displayed is the internal ID assigned by the broker and used for internal tracking and a handful of administrative operations. The "User ID" is the message ID set by the user - in this case it looks like the user is the OpenWire JMS client using setJMSMessageID. In short, it looks like everything is operating as expected.
