I would think the HTML pages for Artemis/5.x are really the only versions used but I am curious to see if any users here chime in and say otherwise. HTML is pretty nice as you can just link to the latest docs and is standard for most projects. I don't know of too many other Open source projects that distribute docs other than through HTML on the web page or through Github and markdown, etc.
