ActiveMQ version: 5.13.2

Zookeepers 3.4.8 (3 nodes cluster)
 
We have upgraded our activemq architecture to new version 5.13.2 which
supports leveldb.
After upgrading to new architecture,we are facing the issue that failover is
not happening successfully on the nodes.
Ports(8161,1099 and 61616) are not getting up on the server afetr failover
or when the activemq service gets stops on the servers.
When we check the activemq console,we get exception message "Exception
occurred while processing this request, check the log for more information." 

We have checked the logs and observed that leveldb gets corrupted each time.
To resolve this, we do the following on all the 3 nodes:

Stop activemq service on servers
Stop zookeeper on servers
clean leveldb and create fresh leveldb with the required owner and
permissions
Start zookeeper on servers
Start activemq service on servers

Can you please check this and suggest us the permanent solution for this.
Please let us know if more details required from our end.
