Are you trying to have a master/slave cluster (where only one broker is active and the others are backups, and where message ordering is consistent), or are you looking for a network of brokers (where all brokers are active and forward messages to each other to reach consumers connected to the other brokers, and where messages may be delivered out of order compared to when they were sent)?
