is it possible to publish and subscribe to the Apollo-Queues instead of the
Apollo-Topics?
If this is possible, one could easily implement load balancing queue semantics
with MQTT.
I've tried something like client.send("/queues/test", "message..."), but it
created a Topic called ".queues.test".
