Your broker was up for a long time; theirs dies immediately. You're using tightEncoding=true; they have it set to false. Your problem and theirs are not related.
Increasing the JVM's Xmx should help, but do you know if 2GB is enough for your expected broker load? I'd encourage you to spend the time to accurately estimate how much space your broker will need based on the max number of messages you expect to have outstanding (keep in mind that the message's headers can take up more space than the message itself, so account for them in your computations) plus overhead for the broker itself (I'd say 250MB minimum). Otherwise you might find yourself doing this again sometime in the future.
