I'm trying to work myself into ActiveMQ. I installed it with no problems, downloaded active-mq and build everything. Now, when I run 'activemq-cmstemplate-sender' I can see in web-admin that the messages are piling up. If I start 'activemq-cmstemplate-receiver' it responds (receiving) to every newly inserted record. But, it does not pickup messages from the queue that have being inserted while teh receiver wasn't running. What do I miss here?
