that is really a jconsole question, it is just the way it denotes a container based on matching attributes, it tries to group mbean names that share attributes. If there is no yellow box you are seeing an actual mbean, rather than traversing the attribute hierarchy. poke around (google) for some jconsole documentation that will explain their tree representation in more detail.
