Hi ,

I am working from home for a small concern.I am very new to activemq as well
amazon servers.

My project is a Client/Server architecture where client sends the message to
remote server, server process them and send back reply. All this happens
manually through application jar developed using Activemq .This jar will be
run at the client and server side,to put the message to remote Q based on
the service request number( which is referred from DB) from client or
server. There can be any number of servers based on service nos.

I want to send and recieve messages from my local machine to ec2 server or
from 2 ec2 servers.
Is this possible?
Is there any documents related to ip address , hostname that we can specify
hostfile and activemq configuration files to connect to remote server. what
ip address or hostname we used to connect to local machine?

1. I need to install activemq on amazon ec2, start broker there, then making
a network connection with my local machine through activemq broker, so that
i can send and recive messages and test my application.

Will this free tier environment in amazon ec2 is sufficient for running
activemq and my application jars.
1. 750 hours of Amazon EC2 Linux† Micro Instance usage (613 MB of memory and
32-bit and 64-bit platform support) – enough hours to run continuously each
month*
2. 5 GB of Amazon S3 standard storage

Thanks in advance
