I do not think you need several queues, you can just send your requests to one 
queue 
and use several consumers to fetch requests from the queue to make call to 
abonent.
It means that several consumers will make these calls in parallel threads and 
the broker 
can dispatch requests to consumers evenly.So there is no need to make this by 
yourself.
