Spot on Chrisitan, Torsten was 100% correct (advise spot on as well), the problem was traced to a client's piece of code that used spring DefaultMessageListenerContainer and the cache level for JMS resources was set to "none". So we saw a lot of below on our log files. They have effected the change and everything it looks ok now.
