There's nothing inherently 32-bt about NMS. It should be compiled for Any CPU, which means it runs as 64-bit on a 64-bit system. I routinely run native 64-bit applications, but then I build from source. I'm pretty sure the courtesy binary DLL distribution should be compiled for Any CPU.
