The page

contains this note:
"Warning
This is a draft release note page, the download links will not work till
the release vote is proposed and passed on the dev list."
But the download link is working, and the broker starts up log says
INFO | ActiveMQ 5.4.3 JMS Message Broker (amq-broker) is starting
Looks like the warning is can be removed?
