I see the cursors are commented out. Why? Have you tried enableJournalDiskSyncs="false" within <kahaDB /> ? I am having similar problems but still havent excluded other variables yet like other processes running on the server, etc. My broker always blocks on */15 minutes intervals (e.g. 15:00, 15:15, 16:00, 16:45). Is there something in ActiveMQ that kicks in every 15 minutes by default?
