THis is the line given in chapter 4 of ActiveMQ in Action book for topic. Lets assume that , we have 4 subscribers listening to a durable topic. out of them, three are live at that moment and 1 subscriber is down. A message comes to the durable topic and the 3 live subscribers get them. Now, after starting the 4th one, will the 4th one also get the message.
