Thanks for your response Dejan.  This makes sense regarding the Ajax call,
and we'll look into this further.

Do you have any idea why we'd be getting the exception when posting from
Fiddler?  The request is clearly making it to the ActiveMQ host in that case
as the stack trace shows.
