Since you'll be submitting items for inclusion in the project (i.e., content for the wiki), you are also required to fill out and fax in the ICLA: http://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.txt Once the ICLA is accepted and recognized (by being listed here: http://people.apache.org/~jim/committers.html) only then can we grant wiki access.
