I don't know anything about QSHELL, but your JAVA_HOME is being set to 

"ROOTQIBMProdDataJava400jdk15binJava" 

Maybe don't use '\' and instead use '/' ?

For example 

export JAVA_HOME=/xdir/ydir/zdir/jdk15
