I keep getting this:

- Data source rejected establishment of connection, message from
server: "Too many connections"
It happens to both JMS and Stomp clients where the persistent header is
set.
Notes before long listings:
* It only happens to MySQL
* It appears to work with Postgresql
* It also works with the default storage system [whatever that is]
I remembered I still had an installation of ActiveMQ 4.1 and decided to
see if I could reproduce the problem with that build: result, problem is
reproducible.
