Appreciate for your help, I double checked jar sequence, it is really my
fault.

For the issue 2, could you please describe more detail in wiki??
Actually I did steps as adding 
<commandAgent xmlns="http://activemq.org/config/1.0"/>
into activemq.xml (It already exits, doesn't it?)
But I can't monitor queues with web console as standard!

Another main point, I found some problems in performance >D
In documents, activeMQ can receive about 2000 messages/per second, 
however, even I use the example, it can only achieve 10-20 messages/ per
second.

Here are my hardware...
Intel Pentium 1.3G
1G RAM

1 producer+1 consumer+1000messages(1k)
all in the same VM

This is a huge problem for me, please help me to figure it out!!
