In preparation for the soon to be released ActiveMQ-CPP 2.1.1, we have released an update to the CMS (C++ Messaging Service) API. The main change in this release was to make the readXXX() methods in BytesMessage const so that they can be called from a MessageListener's onMessage method without having to resort to using const_cast to do it.
