i think the error stems from here:

<broker brokerName="10.92.143.16" useJmx="true"
xmlns="http://activemq.org/config/1.0";>

Give it a brokername like "foooo" and add an corresponding to your
/etc/hosts file, like:

10.92.143.16 foooo
