working with apache axis in netbeans in running a webservices

hi, 

i am working in webservices where i consume a wsdl file and run the project
in netbeans environment . the build does not show any error on compilation.
but when i run it it shows the following error. the OS i work is z/Os. pls
help me as soon as possible. it will be of a great help to me. the error is
as follows
