I had a similar problem with the JCA connector and didn't succeed on the
classloader isolation path :( (no Help from JBoss forum)

The only functioning workaround was:
1)eliminate spring 1 jar from the .rar
2)add xbean-spring-2.8.jar into the Spring web app
