ConnID AD pull accounts, but does not accept password

Hello,
My Syncope instance, configured with a ConnID AD connector, successfully
retrieves users from the Active Directory. However, when attempting to log
in, I receive an error indicating that the username or password is
incorrect. Upon submitting a login request, I did not observe any network
traffic on port 636, which is used for LDAPS connections to AD
