Thanks guys, that did it.  Lukasz, I will look into hibernate.  In your
email about hibernate, what did you mean by 'use Database'?  I am currently
working on two projects.  This one is just a simple tournament tracking
system that will not face a heavy load, so I may just continue with sessions
in it(contract job for a friend).  My other project is much more complex and
will face heavier traffic, so I may convert what I have to a more efficient
system.  I am not using maven, but when I started my big project, I looked
at it a bit.  Do you recommend maven, and what are the bonuses to using it?
I am currently running eclipse, tomcat, and mySQL.  I went with what I know
because there is so much new stuff out there that I wasn't sure... (ajax,
hibernate, maven, freemarker,myfaces, ect....)  I don't mind using a better
system, but everything seems to be recommended depending on who you ask.lol
I just don't want to use something deprecated if I don't have to.
