Thanks guys, that did it. Lukasz, I will look into hibernate. In your email about hibernate, what did you mean by 'use Database'? I am currently working on two projects. This one is just a simple tournament tracking system that will not face a heavy load, so I may just continue with sessions in it(contract job for a friend). My other project is much more complex and will face heavier traffic, so I may convert what I have to a more efficient system. I am not using maven, but when I started my big project, I looked at it a bit. Do you recommend maven, and what are the bonuses to using it? I am currently running eclipse, tomcat, and mySQL. I went with what I know because there is so much new stuff out there that I wasn't sure... (ajax, hibernate, maven, freemarker, myfaces, ect....) I don't mind using a better system, but everything seems to be recommended depending on who you ask.lol I just don't want to use something deprecated if I don't have to.
