I don't think you quite understand how this works, first there is the code (I got Ted's authorization to reveal it :) :

If someone has something to say, they will answer your question and try to help as much as possible,. Then as the very last resource there is #struts on irc where some dev and users hang out and you can get some immediate feedback, or not. if a question does not get answered in the users mailing list, you can post it again and it will probably get someone's attention, even in that case is not strictly necessary to send an email everyday with the same question.
