Yes, if you go to the wiki (as Dave mentions ;) you can find lots of wonderful information.

To be honest, MVC is one of those things that you can't really appreciate until you been forced to do or maintain some old school (Model 1) code. Count your blessings!

Have you tried looking at the Struts 1 & 2 websites /
wikis and Googling, say, for "mvc"? (You may want to
refine that search, but most of my results were still
