Validatoin not working

I am using Struts Validator Frame work to do both Client and Serverside
Validation. I am using Struts 1.2

My Validator is not triggring at all. I am trying to figure out the mistake
from the last two days, but no luck.

I am extending the ValidatorForm Class.

Can anyone help me with this one.
