Annotation support for interceptor-ref

I'm trying to learn the Zero Configuration Annotations by converting the
mailreader2 to be Annotation based.  Unfortunately the first page I
attempted uses an <interceptor-ref> tag in the action mapping.  Is there an
equivalent Annotation?
