If you need the following on your project:

1) SOP (Service Oriented Programming)
2) SaaS (Software as a Service)
3) IoC pattern
4) and XML coding with logic

I would not recommend http://www2.sqlonrails.org/ yet,  UNLESS you are
willing to wait for the next version as they claim all of these and more
will be available.
