I've been working with the DTDDoc developers to help get their Maven
plugin ready to release, and we recently switched from LiveDTD to
DTDDoc for the generated documentation.

The generated docs are linked from this page:

The display isn't quite right, we still need to format our dtd
comments according to the dtddoc conventions:
  http://dtddoc.sourceforge.net/documentation.html

(BTW, this is something anyone could do, and submit a reformatted
versions (and a patch if possible) in JIRA.
