Thanks Dave, I have passed the info on to SAP's support and I'm trying some other things to see if I can get it working.
I'd also like to try an older version of DisplayTag but all I can find is 1.1. Where would I find an earlier version for download? Oh, and thanks for the reminder about the display tag mailing list. I don't know why I didn't think of that.
