I've used MyEclipse also, it works pretty well. It can be a little rough around the edges, but you can't beat the price, $50 w/UML support, $30 without.
I'm currently using NitroX v2, since bought by BEA and rebranded BEA Workbench or something like that. It's a lot more expensive, but it is better integrated and has a nice JSP and struts-config.xml editor. I probably use the JSP and XML editors the most, and I've found the "AppXRay" feature isn't terribly useful except for very simple apps.
