I went to the URL that you gave to me; but still do
not know how to use them.  

For example, if I use <A href= ....  in HTML, I can
specify A:link {text-decoration:none} in my XXX.css
file.

Now, I am using <html:link>, how do I do the same?  If
you could give an example?
