I'm far more concerned about scalability than anything else; we've had essentially zero issues related to team size. One of the apps is going to be converted into a Spring/J2EE stack for sure; wait-and-see on the rest. I guess I don't see what the big deal is, but we are a fairly disciplined group of developers, several of us with large-scale Lisp experience, which might help, I dunno. Dave
