hi gurus
I am using Struts to upload and download files from the server, although the
upload works the fine the download is causing problems. The first time i click
the download button it pops up the download dialog, but once the operation is
done if i click any other button the same dialog box opens up. i figured it has
to be some mystery of struts i have't quite got hold of. i am using the lookup
dispatch action , the code i am using in the download action is as below.
response.setContentType("application/x-download");
response.setHeader("Content-Disposition","attachment;
filename=" + fl.getName());
ServletOutputStream sos = response.getOutputStream();
FileInputStream fis = new FileInputStream(fl);
byte[] buffer = new byte[10* 1024];
int nread = 0;
while( (nread= fis.read(buffer)) != -1 )
sos.write(buffer, 0, nread);
sos.flush();
return null;
please help, i am at a total loss.
